About the course
UOW’s Bachelor of Arts – Bachelor of Business combines broad arts study with practical business foundations. You’ll build critical thinking and communication skills while gaining insight into management, operations, marketing, accounting, economics and finance. Across arts, you can explore areas such as history, literature, languages, philosophy and social sciences, creating a flexible double degree tailored to varied interests and career goals in arts and business. The programme introduces business strategy, finance, marketing, and leadership foundations for commercial organisations.
Career outcome
Graduates can pursue roles that blend analytical, people and commercial skills across many industries. Potential pathways include business analysis, operations and project coordination, policy and procurement, product development, sales and business development, and entrepreneurship or start-ups. The double degree also supports careers in event and venue management and consulting-style roles where strong communication and critical thinking are valued, as a Bachelor-level qualification spanning arts and business.
