About the course

This double degree combines architectural design with business to help you create built environments that are functional, aesthetically strong and commercially viable. You’ll develop design thinking and technical skills through studio-based projects and fabrication workshops, while also building business capability in communication, ethics and global contexts. The program is delivered at QUT’s Gardens Point campus as a Bachelor-level qualification in architecture and business.

Career outcome

Graduates can pursue roles across architecture and the commercial property sector, applying design and business skills to deliver viable projects. Career paths may include architectural and design roles (with further professional pathways), project coordination/management, property and development-related work, consulting, and business-focused roles such as public relations or international business. Outcomes align with a Bachelor-level double degree spanning architecture and business practice.
