About the course
UniSC’s Bachelor of Animal Ecology focuses on understanding animals in their natural habitats and how environmental change and human activity affect wildlife. You’ll develop analytical, field and laboratory skills through hands-on learning from first year, including field trips, conservation-focused study and a guided research project. The degree prepares you for evidence-based conservation and wildlife management practice in animal ecology at bachelor level. The programme develops laboratory techniques, scientific writing, and analytical methods for research and industry settings.
