About the course
The Bachelor of Agricultural Science Honours builds advanced capability in agricultural science to address future food and farming challenges. You study biology, animal management, agronomy, agricultural economics, statistics and data analysis, genetics, plant protection, biotechnology and digital agriculture. The degree includes a major area of focus and culminates in an Honours research project plus industry-linked learning. This is a Bachelor Degree / Honours Degree in Agriculture Science.
Career outcome
Graduates may work across agriculture and food systems in roles spanning production, agribusiness and agri-tech. Career pathways include farm and production management, agronomy and crop advisory, animal production, agricultural economics and market analysis, soil and water management, and roles supporting sustainable and regenerative practices.
