About the course
This extended major prepares you for an agricultural sector being transformed by technology and digital disruption. You’ll build skills to help produce food and fibre more efficiently and sustainably, with an emphasis on applying science and technology to real-world farming and agribusiness challenges. This is an undergraduate extended major in agricultural science and technology at UWA. The programme develops laboratory techniques, scientific writing, and analytical methods for research and industry settings.
Career outcome
Graduates can pursue roles supporting modern, technology-enabled agriculture, such as working in agribusiness, farm and production systems, agricultural technology adoption, advisory services, and sustainability-focused operations.
