About the course
This Accounting Double Degree Major (LLB/BCom) combines study in law and commerce with a strong commercial focus and industry-connected learning. You’ll build foundational legal knowledge and the practical skills needed for professional legal practice, while developing commercial awareness through your commerce studies. Trimesters in later years can accelerate progress, and study includes practical experiences in Curtin’s city facilities. This is an undergraduate major in Law.

Graduates can pursue pathways across legal practice and commercial roles that value both legal and accounting knowledge. Career options may include lawyer roles (such as criminal, family, human rights or mining law), in-house counsel positions within organisations, and finance-related roles such as financial dealer or broker.
