About the course

This dual qualification builds complementary skills in accounting and law, allowing full-time students to graduate with a Bachelor of Accounting and a Diploma of Laws within three years. You study core areas such as financial and management accounting, taxation, finance and business law, alongside foundational legal system and process knowledge with elective law options. The program is vocational and flexible, developing communication and problem-solving for bachelor-level work in accounting and legal contexts.

Career outcome

Graduates can pursue roles that benefit from combined accounting and legal knowledge across small to large organisations. Career paths may include financial accountant, management accountant, auditor (financial or tax), tax preparer, business/financial analyst, or positions in multinational firms and Big Four accounting practices. The dual qualification can also support work in business management or running an accounting-related business, suited to bachelor-level careers bridging finance and legal issues.
