About the course
This associate degree blends academic study with integrated, practical learning for international hotel and tourism management. You’ll build operational knowledge across front- and back-of-house areas such as food and beverage, accommodation, operations and finance, plus complete a 600-hour professional placement. Graduates can progress into the Bachelor of Business in Hotel Management at The Hotel School with up to two years of credit in hospitality and tourism. The programme introduces business operations, customer service, and administrative leadership for commercial workplaces.
