AUG Study in Regional Australia Terms and Conditions

A$50 GIFT CARD

1. Students who register and attend AUG Study in Regional Australia and speak to at least two (2) institutions will be eligible for the Lucky Draw across all AUG Australia offices;
2. This promotion is only applicable to international students. Limited to one (1) Lucky Draw prize per international student;
3. Winners must claim their A$50 Gift Card physically in any AUG Australia offices, namely: Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth, or Sydney including offshore winners (international students who not currently located in Australia);
4. Every international student must hold a valid Student Visa and present a student ID to collect the Lucky Draw prize;
5. Lucky Draw winner(s) will be announced on Friday, 21^st October 2022 via AUG Australia social media platforms (Facebook / Instagram / WeChat);
6. Lucky Draw winner(s) will receive an email confirmation and need to present a valid Student Visa as verification to redeem prizes;
7. No cash alternative to any of the prizes will be given;
8. AUG will have the final decision and reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions without prior notice;
9. AUG is not liable for any loss or damage suffered because of this promotion.

1 YEAR FREE OSHC

1. This promotion is only for new international students who do not currently have an application and acceptance with AUG;
2. This promotion is also extendible to international students who successfully nominate AUG to take over their application or offer, as long as they have not yet accepted the offer or paid the tuition fee deposit;
3. Winner(s) will be entitled with a free one (1) year Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) policy, any further cover period will be in decision of student expenses;
4. Winner(s) must be currently or intend to reside in Australia while studying in any of the Study in Regional event participated institutions to claim the free OSHC membership policy, and must be within the stated enrolment period;
5. Winner(s) must provide valid and complete documents as requested by AUG during application;
6. Three (3) winners from each AUG Australia offices, namely: Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth or Sydney will be selected;
7. If student does not enrol or withdraw from the course before census date, student is no longer eligible to receive the one (1) year free OSHC;
8. Eligible international students will only receive the one (1) year free OSHC promotion once, regardless of how many applications and acceptances issued;
9. This promotion is only applicable to Single, Standard OSHC from Allianz Care;
10. AUG is not responsible for any changes in the policy types or provider;
11. Student will need to pay for the whole amount upfront when they purchase the OSHC, AUG will reimburse to the student the one (1) year OSHC amount up to A$565.00 after the intake census date of 31^st March 2023, via bank transfer to an Australian bank account nominated by the student in writing;
12. This OSHC promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other ongoing or concurrent promotions within AUG;
13. AUG will have the final decision and reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions without prior notice;
14. AUG is not liable for any loss or damage suffered because of this promotion.

CONSENT

Publication of Photos, Videos and Other Identifying Materials

AUG may be taking photos, videos, sound recordings or other materials that may identify you during our office operations and activities. AUG will own the copyright to these materials and may use them in our publications and social media of which the public may have access to them. Please notify any of our AUG staff if you do not consent to this.
