#AUG Teacherku 4.0

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: “#AUGTeacherKu4.0 – Thank you Teacher, my Frontliner” contest (“the Contest”) is organized by AusEd Consultants Services Sdn Bhd, hereby known as the “Organiser”. The Organiser may, at its sole and absolute discretion, amend these terms and conditions at any time without any prior notice to any party. This is a Malaysia nationwide competition.



Nomination Period:            18th April 2022, 11.00am till 13th May 2022 by 11.59pm

Online Voting Period:         25th May 2022, 11.00am till 1st June 2022 by 11.59pm



The Contest serves as a platform for students to express their appreciation towards teachers who have sacrificed their time and effort while putting their health at risk being the frontliners to continuously educate students ever since the start of the pandemic and subsequently “endemic” stage this year 2022.


Contest Mechanics

  1. Student (13 to 18 years old) to nominate a school teacher with a story on “My teacher is my awesome frontliner because__________” with no more than 100 words using the “Teacher Nomination Form”. Return the form to the Organiser through their school or submit their entry through the Organiser’s website ( Each student can only submit one nomination.
  2. Students can complement their nomination with a photo or video of their nominated teacher.
  • For submission via online form – Photo/video can be submitted through the Organiser’s website.
  • For submission via physical form – Form needs to be submitted to the school. Photo/video can be submitted through direct message to either AUG Malaysia Facebook page or Instagram account. Provide your full name and school name in the direct message when you submit the photo/video.

2.1. For photo submission, the file MUST be less than 2mb.

2.2. For video submission, the file MUST be less than 10mb and the duration is 60 seconds or shorter.

2.3. Only one photo or video per nomination. The photo/video must be an original creation and observe all copyright rules and regulation. Postings and contents that are deem culturally inappropriate and sensitive would be voided by The Organizer.

  1. Thirty (30) Finalists (nominated teachers) will be selected based on the most heart-warming story submitted as well as meeting the criteria as mentioned above. The 30 nominated school teachers will then be required to provide a photo, either through the student, school or individually. Nomination will be invalid if photo is not provided. The 30 nominated teachers will be announced and posted on the Organiser’s Facebook Page ( for online voting from 25th May 2022 onwards.
  2. The Organiser reserves the right and absolute discretion to reject any finalist deemed as direct or implicit involvement in unethical Facebook “likes” buying, without having to assign any reasons whatsoever.


Prizes & Terms

  1. Top 10 Finalists with most Facebook likes: Top 10 teachers will each receive pharmacy voucher(s) valued at RM1,000.
  2. Top 10 Schools with most entry submissions (Forms must be fully completed to be counted as an entry): Top 10 schools will each receive one (1) air purifier worth up to RM700 each.
  3. Consolation Prizes: 20 finalist teachers will each receive a return air ticket worth up to RM500.
  4. Prizes are not exchangeable, transferable, or redeemable in any other form for any reasons. Contest winner shall collect the prize personally.
  5. The winner shall be responsible for all costs in connection with the redemption, collection, delivery, and/or perfection of his/her prize.
  6. The decision of the Organiser is final. No enquiries, verbal or written, shall be entertained.
  7. By submitting the Contest Entry, the Contestant shall be deemed to have read, understood, accepted, and agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of the Contest.
  8. The Organiser and its partner reserves the right to use any photographs motion pictures, recordings, or any other media records of the Contest (including those of Participants), for any legitimate purpose including commercial advertising and distribution to sponsors anywhere in the world without any notification and/or payment to the Participants.
  9. The contestant agrees and provides consent to the Organiser for the use of any personal data as provided by the contestant for the purpose of participation in this Contest in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and other applicable laws, to the extent that any personal data provided shall only be processed and be used by the Organiser for lawful purpose directly related to the running of this Contest, including but not limited to the purposes of promotional events, advertising, marketing and any administrative matters to facilitate the management and organizing of this Contest.



Winner Announcement

The Organiser will announce the winner via the Organizer’s Facebook Page on 2nd June 2022 and the Organiser will communicate with the winner regarding prize collection via the school that the teacher (winner) is attached to.
