Wei Yik is known to be patient and understanding. She is also sociable making her to built a good connection with her students and colleagues. She is maybe new to the education line, but Wei Yik has the advantage of being a multilingual, as she can speak four different languages such as English, Malay, Chinese, Cantonese, and Hokkien.
