Programmes Offered

Master of Science in Industry 4.0

The programme aims to prepare graduates for the emerging workplace of the fourth industrial revolution (also known as Industry 4.0), by equipping them with the skills and knowledge they need to keep pace with the changes occurring in various industries (particularly manufacturing) due to technological disruption, and to lead transformation to enhance productivity in the workplace.

Master of Science in Venture Creation

Designed to transform mindsets and accelerate the translation of ideas into solutions, the programme targets aspiring entrepreneurs wanting to launch new ventures with success by providing mentorship in business development and access to NUS technologies, as well as opportunities to network for market access.

Master of Social Sciences (Communication)

Today, content is king, holding court on digital platforms that reach millions of people every day. The challenge for organisations in this age is to harness the power of content and wield it strategically to communicate effectively with their stakeholders.
The MSocSci (Communication) recognises that competency gap in the market, and is proud to be the first graduate programme to fill that void.
We provide mentorship to groom our students into leaders in the digital field, and equip our graduates with cutting-edge expertise to firmly grasp the essence of data in their communication plans.

Master of Science (Maritime Technology and Management)

The NUS MSc (MTM) programme has been designed to equip our graduates with strong analytics expertise, as well as knowledge of the latest emerging port, maritime and logistics technologies. Students will be provided with opportunities to develop the key skillsets needed to enable next-generation maritime and logistics capabilities, in such areas as industrial systems development, big data analytics tools, and emerging port technologies (e.g. digitalisation to train the workforce).

Master of Computing

To evolve with the times and manage this tech revolution, organisations are now employing ‘Cybersecurity Engineers’, ‘UX Developers’, ‘Big Data Analysts’, ‘Digital Transformation Consultants’, ‘FinTech Specialists’, and the like—new roles created specifically to meet current business needs. Yet, there just are not enough people with the skills necessary to fill these roles. To remain in the game, the best IT professionals evolve with the times and develop their knowledge and skills to take on these new challenges.

Whether it is to upskill, or break into the field of Computing, the MComp programme is designed to help its students and graduates achieve their goals
