AUG Adelaide

Thursday, 13 August 2026 (2:00 pm – 6:00 pm)

• AUG reserves the right to admit or refuse entry to any person at any time;
• Strictly NO photography allowed around and within the premise of the Expo;
• All materials used are for promotional purposes only;
• AUG shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury sustained as a direct or indirect result of the Expo;
• AUG shall have the final decision and reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Any further correspondence shall not be entertained;
• AUG collects personal information for the use within AUG only. All information is treated Private and Confidential;
• By attending AUG Adelaide StudyExpo, the attendees agree to AUG Copyright, Privacy Policy and Disclaimer;
• Strictly NO outside food and/ drinks to be consumed at the event;
• Face masks (covering mouth and nose) are optional while attending the AUG Adelaide StudyExpo;
• DO NOT enter the venue if you feel unwell or have any of the COVID-19 symptoms;
• AUG Australia is following strict measures in accordance with the Australian Government and World Health Organization to protect the health of the Australian public, including University students and staff and our own AUG team, from this novel corona virus infection. All exhibitors, staff and attendees are encouraged to be vaccinated before attending the Expo;
• By attending AUG Adelaide StudyExpo, the attendees agree to follow AUG measures to protect the health of the Australian public, including but not limited to being checked for temperature and travel history at check-in;

Application Fee Waived

• Students must apply on the StudyExpo day to be eligible for on-the-day promotions;
• Application fees will be waived by the participating institutions to eligible students who lodge complete further studies applications during the Expo;
• Upon receiving fee waivers, all applications must be complete and submit application form(s) at the AUG table on the StudyExpo day for processing purposes;
• Final decisions of waiving application fee(s) are to be made by the institutions, not AUG Adelaide;
• Credit transfers are subject to individual assessments by respective institutions. AUG merely assists in submitting student record for assessment outcomes;
• Scholarships are subject to release dates and availability, and are solely decided by the awarding institutions. The award of scholarships and the application process involved depend on individual university criteria. AUG serves as a facilitator and is not involved in the decision-making nor award of any university scholarship;
• AUG will have the final decision and reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Any further correspondence will not be entertained;

Seminars

• AUG and seminar organizers reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone;
• Strictly NO photography or recording allowed in the seminar room;
• All seminars are free to attend to anyone;
• Seminar contents only represent seminar presenter’s personal opinions, DO NOT represent AUG. AUG shall not be liable for any content mistakes;
• AUG shall have the final decision and reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Any further correspondence shall not be entertained;

Terms and Conditions for AUG Adelaide StudyExpo 2026 Stamp Redemption Station Gifts:

Redemption Table

• Students who attend AUG Adelaide StudyExpo 2026 and collect enough three (4) stamps will be eligible for playing Claw machine to get prize;
• Two to three stamps can be exchanged for one (1) chance only to play in the Game Station with different prizes;
• Three (3) stamps can be redeemed for one (1) time of the free activity on the Expo;
• Each student can continue to collect more stamps to play multiple times in playing Claw Machine, Game Station, and any free activity on the day by talking to multiple institutions, attending the seminars on the Expo Day, rate 5-star for AUG Adelaide on Google Review, and like/follow AUG social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WeChat, Xiao Hong Shu);
• Student cannot talk to one institution multiple times to collect multiple stamps;
• The stamps cannot be redeemed for cash or other goods and services;
• While stock lasts;

Terms and Conditions for AUG Adelaide StudyExpo 2026 Course Application Gifts:

Application Gift

• All International High School Students (Year twelve(12)) who provide their South Australian Certificate of Education (SACE) details and sign AUG Authorisation form are eligible for one (1) Application Gift;
• Students who apply to any institutions on AUG Adelaide StudyExpo 2026 (13 August 2026) with complete nomination form OR complete documents will be eligible for one (1) Application Gift per student*;
• This promotion is only applicable to International Students. Limited to one (1) Application Gift per International Student;
• Student must apply for courses from universities / Technical and Further Education (TAFE) institutes / colleges (not including Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) or English Language Intensive Courses for Overseas Students (ELICOS) courses) on StudyExpo day with complete nomination form OR complete documents to be eligible for the Application Gift;
• If students do not have complete documents on the day of the Expo, they must bring complete documents to AUG Adelaide office within the next one (1) week from the day of the Expo (e.g. 13 August 2026 – 20 August 2026) to redeem the Application Gift;
• No cash or other services alternative to the Application Gift will be given;
• While stock lasts;

*Eligible students can choose one (1) of Application Gift.

Terms and Conditions for AUG Adelaide StudyExpo 2026 Lucky Draw Prize:

Lucky Draw Prize

• All students who attend the AUG Adelaide StudyExpo 2026 in person will receive one (1) pamphlet featuring a numbered Die Perf Cut at the registration table. This can be torn out to enter the Lucky Draw;
• Student must put in the numbered ticket into the designated Lucky Draw box located at the registration table;
• This promotion is applicable to International Student only and is limited to one (1) Lucky Draw prize per International Student;
• 2x prizes of the Instax Mini 12 version;
• 2x prizes of the A $100 gift card (as per AUG choice);
• 1x prize of free AUG Visa services fee (up to A $880), this prize is applicable for students who would like to use AUG Visa services such as (485 Visa, student Visa extension, 2x Permanent Residency (PR) consultation)- This prize can be transferable to other friends as per winner wishes;
• 1x prize of the three (3) months free milk tea pass with below conditions:
  • This prize entitles the winner to a total of two (2) complimentary milk tea cups per week at Hey Sugar for a period of three (3) consecutive months (12 weeks total);
  • The milk tea pass is redeemable exclusively at Hey Sugar – Shop 27, Renaissance Arcade, 128 Rundle Mall, Adelaide SA 5000, Australia;
  • Each week, the winner is eligible to claim up to two (2) milk tea drinks;
  • The redemption period is consecutive and cannot be paused or extended beyond the stipulated three (3) months;
  • The pass is valid for a total of 12 weeks from the date of the first redemption;
  • Redemption weeks are counted continuously; any unclaimed cups during a week cannot be carried over to subsequent weeks;
  • The prize is non-transferable and must be used by the winner named in the Lucky Draw result;
  • No substitutions or cash redemption of the prize is permitted;
  • The pass must be presented at the time of each purchase to redeem the free milk tea;

AUG Brisbane

Saturday, 8 August 2026 (1:00 pm – 5:00 pm)

• AUG Brisbane reserves the right to refuse entry to any person at its discretion;
• AUG Brisbane’s Future Study and Migration Expo 2026 (“Expo”) and its associated promotions are open to International Students only;
• Promotions available during the Expo may include:
  • Application Fee Waivers and Institution Representative Consultations;
  • One-to-One Migration Consultations;
  • Expo Day Prizes and Giveaways;
  • Educational Seminars and Information Sessions;
• Participants may be required to verify their International Student status by presenting one of the following:
  • Current Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE);
  • Current Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC);
  • A valid Visa (Student Visa Subclass 500, Temporary Graduate Visa Subclass 485 or Working Holiday Visa);
• Commercial photography, videography, filming, recording or media activities are strictly prohibited without prior approval from AUG Brisbane;
• Outside food and beverages are not permitted within the venue unless otherwise approved by AUG Brisbane or the venue;
• All information, materials, and promotional content distributed during the Expo are provided for general informational and promotional purposes only;
• By attending the Expo, participants acknowledge and agree to AUG Brisbane’s Privacy Policy, Copyright Notice, and Disclaimer;
• AUG Brisbane shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, expense, or inconvenience incurred as a result of participation in the Expo or any associated promotion;
• AUG Brisbane collects personal information for the purpose of administering the Expo and associated promotions. Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and AUG Brisbane’s Privacy Policy;
• AUG Brisbane reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. All decisions made by AUG Brisbane in relation to the Expo and associated promotions are final;

Application Fee Waivers & Scholarships

• Participating institutions may waive application fees for eligible students who lodge complete applications during the AUG Brisbane Future Study & Migration Expo 2026;
• Application fee waivers are available only for selected institutions, courses, and programs;
• To be eligible for an application fee waiver, students must, on 8 August 2026:
  • Complete the AUG Information Form;
  • Sign the relevant Authorisation Form(s);
  • Submit a completed application form;
  • Provide all required supporting documentation;
  • Have their application reviewed and verified by an AUG staff member;
• Eligibility for application fee waivers is subject to the individual institution’s requirements and approval;
• The final decision regarding application fee waivers rests solely with the participating institution, not AUG Brisbane;
• Scholarships are subject to the awarding institution’s eligibility criteria, availability, release dates, and approval processes;
• AUG Brisbane acts solely as a facilitator and is not involved in scholarship assessment, selection, approval, or award decisions;
• For eligible High School pathway applications submitted through Queensland Tertiary Admissions Centre (QTAC), South Australian Tertiary Admissions Centre (SATAC), Universities Admissions Centre (UAC), or Victorian Tertiary Admissions Centre (VTAC), AUG Brisbane may waive up to two (2) application fees per student;

Seminars & Information Sessions

• AUG Brisbane and seminar organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to any seminar or information session;
• Entry to seminars is subject to venue capacity;
• Photography, videography, audio recording, live streaming or reproduction of seminar content is strictly prohibited unless prior permission has been granted;
• All seminars and information sessions are free to attend;
• Opinions and views expressed by guest speakers are their own and do not necessarily represent the views of AUG Brisbane;

Expo Passport

• An Expo Passport will be issued at registration on 8 August 2026;
• This promotion is open to International Students only. Participants may be required to present a valid Visa, Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC), or Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) as proof of eligibility;
• Participants may collect stamps by completing eligible activities, including:
  • Speaking with an AUG staff member;
  • Consulting with a participating institution representative;
  • Attending an Expo seminar or information session;
  • Participating in designated activity booths;
  • Participating at the AUG Intern booth;
• To be eligible for a prize opportunity, participants must collect a minimum of three (3) stamps and present their completed Expo Passport at the Prize Redemption booth;
• Each participant is eligible for one (1) prize opportunity only;
• Prizes are subject to availability and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis;
• Prizes must be redeemed during Expo operating hours on 8 August 2026 (1:00 pm – 5:00 pm);
• Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash;
• AUG Brisbane reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value where necessary;

Scratch Card Prize Redemption

• Scratch cards/flyers must be presented in their original physical condition at the time of redemption;
• Participants must have completed Expo registration using the designated registration process;
• Damaged, altered, photocopied, reproduced, forged, or tampered scratch cards will be deemed invalid;
• Prize redemption is subject to availability and will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis;
• Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash;
• Participants may be required to present valid identification and proof of eligibility;
• Prizes may only be redeemed during Expo operating hours on 8 August 2026 (1:00 pm – 5:00 pm);
• Each participant is limited to one (1) scratch card prize redemption;
• AUG Brisbane’s decision regarding prize eligibility and redemption is final;

Drink Promotion

• The Drink Promotion is available to the first two hundred (200) eligible International Student attendees only;
• Participants may be required to present a valid Visa, Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC), or Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) as proof of eligibility;
• Distribution is on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to availability;
• Each participant is entitled to one (1) drink only;
• No exchanges, substitutions, transfers, or cash alternatives will be provided;
• AUG Brisbane reserves the right to substitute the advertised drink with an alternative item of similar value where necessary;

Prizes & Giveaways

• Unless otherwise stated, all prizes and giveaways are available only during Expo operating hours on 8 August 2026;
• All prizes and giveaways are subject to availability;
• AUG Brisbane reserves the right to substitute any prize, giveaway, or promotional item with an item of equal or greater value where necessary;
• Prizes and giveaways are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash;
• Any unclaimed prizes remaining after the Expo may be forfeited at AUG Brisbane’s discretion;

AUG Melbourne

Wednesday, 12 August 2026 (2:00 pm – 6:00 pm)

• AUG reserves the right to admit or refuse entry to any person at any time;
• StudyExpo 2026 and any related promotions are valid for International Students ONLY;
• The promotion includes:
  • Register and attend the Expo to receive free gifts;
  • Application fee waived;
  • Prize redemption for International Students;
• AUG has the final decision and reserves the right to change all Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Any further correspondence will not be entertained;
• AUG collects personal information for use within AUG Australia only. All information is treated as Private and Confidential;
• Strictly NO photography allowed around and within the premises of the Expo;
• AUG shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury sustained as a direct or indirect result of AUG Melbourne StudyExpo 2026;
• By joining AUG Melbourne StudyExpo 2026, attendees agree to AUG’s Copyright, Privacy Policy and Disclaimer terms;

Free Drink (International Students)

• International Students must attend AUG Melbourne StudyExpo 2026 to receive a free drink;
• Each student is entitled to one (1) drink only;
• Drinks will be given on a first-come, first-served basis;
• Limited drinks available;
• No cash alternative will be given;

Seminars

• AUG and seminar organizers reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone;
• Strictly NO photography or recording allowed in the seminar room;
• All seminars are free to attend;
• Seminar content represents the seminar presenter’s personal opinions only and does not represent AUG. AUG shall not be liable for any content mistakes;

Application Fee Waived

• Application fees may be waived by participating institutions to eligible students who lodge complete applications during AUG Melbourne StudyExpo 2026;
• To be eligible, students must apply on the day (12 August 2026) and:
  • Submit their completed application form;
  • Provide all required documents;
  • Have their application verified by AUG Melbourne staff;
• Decisions for granting application fee waivers lie with the respective institutions, not AUG Melbourne;

Sticker Redemption for Prizes

• Students who register and physically attend AUG Melbourne StudyExpo 2026 will be eligible to receive an event passport leaflet;
• The passport leaflet is used to record the points students accumulate at AUG Melbourne StudyExpo 2026. Students will receive stickers with corresponding point values on their passport leaflet from:
  • Each institution participating in AUG Melbourne StudyExpo, upon visiting and consulting at their booth;
  • Each AUG Melbourne StudyExpo seminar they attend;
  • Each AUG Melbourne StudyExpo game booth they participate in;
  • Following at least 3 AUG social media accounts, which may include:
    • AUG Australia Instagram;
    • AUG Melbourne Instagram;
    • AUG Melbourne WeChat;
    • AUG Australia TikTok;
    • AUG Australia Xiao Hong Shu;
    • AUG Melbourne Facebook;
    • AUG Australia Facebook;
  • Submitting an application at AUG Melbourne StudyExpo on the day (12 August 2026);
  • Posting and tagging AUG on a social media platform;
  • Leaving a 5-star Google Review on AUG Student Services – Melbourne;
• Students can use their accumulated points to redeem different prizes. Each prize will require a different number of points for redemption;
• The specific number of points required to redeem each prize will be presented at the redemption table on the day of AUG Melbourne StudyExpo 2026;
• Remaining points that are insufficient to redeem any prizes cannot be transferred to other individuals;

Free Bubble Tea

• Present a valid flyer to receive two (2) vouchers: one Chaffic 15% voucher and one T4 A $5 voucher;
• Limited to one (1) claim per person, redeemable in person between 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm on 1 April 2026;
• Valid for International Students only. ID may be required;
• Fraudulent or damaged vouchers will not be accepted;
• AUG reserves the right to deny claims that do not meet the criteria;

High School Students – Free Show Bag

• Students must attend AUG Perth StudyExpo 2026;
• Limited to one (1) show bag per student;
• Students must currently be studying in high school;
• Proof of ID is required;
• Applicable to International Students only;
• AUG is not liable for any loss or damage;
• AUG reserves the right to amend terms without notice;
• All personal information is kept private and confidential;

StudyExpo Passport (General)

• Speak to two university representatives (+1 stamp each);
• Like and share AUG social media (+1 stamp);
• Speak to AUG staff (+1 stamp);
• Give AUG Perth a Google review (+1 stamp);
• Collect all 5 stamps to access Spin the Wheel and DIY activity;

StudyExpo Passport (High School)

• Speak to two university representatives (+1 stamp each);
• Speak to AUG staff (+1 stamp);
• Like and share AUG social media (+1 stamp);
• Collect all 4 stamps to access Spin the Wheel, receive one prize, a Starbucks cup, and access the DIY activity;

Spin the Wheel

• Students must attend AUG Perth StudyExpo on 1 April 2026;
• Students must complete Passport stamps to participate;
• Limited to one (1) spin per International Student;
• AUG reserves the right to amend terms without notice;
• All personal information is kept private and confidential;

Lucky Draw for All Attendees

• Students must attend AUG Perth StudyExpo 2026;
• Open to International Students only. ID may be required;
• Students must attend between 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm;
• The winner must be present to claim the prize;
• One ticket per attendee;
• Non-eligible winners will result in a redraw;
• AUG may substitute prizes of equal value;
• Multiple entries will result in disqualification;
• AUG is not liable for loss or damage;
• AUG reserves the right to amend terms without notice;
• All personal information is kept private and confidential;

Consent

AUG may take photos, videos, or recordings during the event. These materials may be used in publications and social media. Please inform AUG staff if you do not consent.

AUG Sydney

Sunday, 23 August 2026 (1:00 pm – 5:00 pm)

• This promotion is only applicable to International Students. Each student is entitled to redeem one (1) regular-sized drink with one (1) topping only;
• The student must be physically present to redeem the milk tea from AUG Sydney staff;
• To redeem the milk tea, the student must pre-register for the event online and present valid identification, such as student Visa, Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE), or International Student ID;
• Milk tea is available while stocks last. AUG is not responsible if supplies run out;
• Limited cups are available at each spot on a first-come, first-served basis;
• No cash or other alternatives will be provided for this giveaway;
• AUG reserves the right to make the final decision on any disputes and to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. No further correspondence will be entertained;
• AUG collects personal information to facilitate the promotion and process entries. All information will be treated as Private and Confidential;
• AUG is not responsible for any allergies or dietary concerns. Participants should check ingredients with the milk tea provider if necessary;

Cheesecake Giveaway

• This promotion is only applicable to International Students. Each student is entitled to redeem one (1) cheesecake only;

• To redeem the cheesecake, the student must pre-register for the event online and present valid identification, such as student Visa, Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE), or International Student ID;
• Cheesecake is available while stocks last. AUG is not responsible if supplies run out;
• Limited cakes are available at each spot on a first-come, first-served basis;
• No cash or other alternatives will be provided for this giveaway;
• AUG reserves the right to make the final decision on any disputes and to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. No further correspondence will be entertained;

Application Fee Waiver

• The application fee will be waived by participating institutions for eligible students who submit complete further studies applications during the AUG Sydney StudyExpo 2026;
• To be eligible, students must, on the day of the event (23 August 2026):
  • Speak to university representatives and obtain approval for a fee waiver code;
  • Submit a completed application form;
  • Provide all required certified documents;
  • Have their application verified by AUG Sydney staff;
  • Meet the academic entry requirements;
• Students must submit all required documents to AUG within seven (7) days from the Expo Day. The final submission deadline is 31 August 2026. Late submissions will not be considered for the fee waiver;
• Not all programs are eligible for the fee waiver. The availability of fee waiver codes will be determined by participating partner institutions at their discretion;
• AUG staff will process applications as soon as all required documents are received. The final decision on the application and fee waiver remains with the respective institutions;
• Each student is entitled to only one (1) application with a fee waiver if it is granted by AUG Sydney;

Apply-now Promotion

• The A $200 Preeze Gift Card will be given to eligible students who submit completed further studies applications during the AUG Sydney StudyExpo 2026;
• To be eligible, students must, on the day of the event (23 August 2026):
  • Submit a completed application form;
  • Provide all required certified documents;
  • Have their application verified by AUG Sydney staff;
  • Meet the academic entry requirements;
• AUG staff will process applications as soon as all required documents are received. The final decision on the application and fee waiver remains with AUG;
• Each student is entitled to only one (1) A $200 Preeze Gift Card if it is granted by AUG Sydney;

Seminars

• AUG and seminar organizers reserve the right to refuse entry to any person;
• Registration for the Expo does not guarantee your spot in the seminar room;
• Seminar rooms have limited capacity, and seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis;
• Strictly NO photography or recording is allowed inside the seminar room;
• All seminars are free to attend for all participants;

Exclusive Offer for 485 Visa & PR Seminar Attendees

• Attendees of the 485 Visa & Permanent Residency (PR) Pathway Seminar at the AUG Sydney StudyExpo in August 2026 are entitled to receive a free 15-minute Visa Consultation Voucher (Migration Agents Registration Number (MARN): 1683189, 2519073);
• The consultation voucher is valid exclusively for enquiries regarding the following Visa subclasses: 189, 190, 485, 491 and 500;
• Voucher Terms and Conditions:
  • The voucher is valid for one-time use only;
  • The voucher may only be redeemed for the first consultation appointment;
  • To be eligible for the consultation voucher, the following conditions must be met:
    • The attendee must have participated in the entire 485 Visa & Permanent Residency (PR) Pathway Seminar during the AUG Sydney StudyExpo in August 2026;
    • The attendee must be graduating by 31 December 2027;
    • The voucher will only be distributed to attendees at the end of the seminar;
    • If an attendee leaves the seminar before it concludes, or if AUG suspects that an attendee did not attend the full seminar, AUG reserves the right to refuse to issue the voucher;
• To redeem the consultation voucher, attendees must send an email to sydney@augstudy.com with the following details:
  • Full name of the attendee;
  • The Visa subclass of interest, such as Subclass 500 or Subclass 485;
  • Three available times for the consultation, which must be within two (2) weeks of the email date;
  • This voucher is non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the attendee who participated in the seminar;
  • The consultation appointment is subject to availability;

StudyExpo Prizes Redemption for International Students

• Students who register and physically attend AUG Sydney StudyExpo 2026 will receive an event passport;
• The passport is used to track points students accumulate at the event. Students will earn stamps to redeem prizes as follows:
  • Consult with an AUG staff member – maximum one (1) stamp;
  • Consult with an institution representative – repeatable, one (1) stamp per conversation. Universities’ representatives may refuse to give a stamp if the participant is not a genuine student or does not ask relevant questions about university courses, scholarships, or applications;
  • Attend a seminar – maximum one (1) stamp;
  • Follow AUG social media and leave a 5-star Google Review – maximum one (1) stamp;
  • Submit an application – automatically qualifies for a prize;
• Students can redeem one (1) standard prize when they collect four (4) stamps;
• Students can redeem one (1) premium prize when they collect six (6) stamps;
• Prizes can only be redeemed on the day of the Expo. Students must present their pamphlet at the redemption table before the event ends;
• AUG reserves the right to verify all stamps and disqualify any fraudulent entries. If a fraudulent entry is detected, all stamps will be cancelled, and the participant will not receive any gifts;
• AUG is not responsible for lost pamphlet. If a student loses their pamphlet, they will need to collect a new one and redo all missions to earn stamps again;
• Points that are insufficient for redemption cannot be transferred to another person;
• This promotion is only applicable to International Students. Each International Student must hold a valid student Visa and present a student ID to collect prizes;
• Prizes are subject to availability and may change without prior notice;
• If a prize is unavailable for any reason, AUG reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal value;
• Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for other goods and services;

Publication of Photos, Videos and Other Identifying Materials
AUG may be taking photos, videos, sound recordings or other materials that may identify you during our office operations and activities. AUG will own the copyright to these materials and may use them in our publications and social media of which the public may have access to them. Please notify any of our AUG staff if you do not consent to this.
