As a graduate of the only postgraduate course for orthoptics in Australia, you’ll be positioned to start a rewarding career as a registered orthoptist. Your comprehensive, hands-on education will equip you with the skills and knowledge to excel in various clinical settings, including hospitals, private practices and specialist eye clinics. You’ll be adept at diagnosing and treating a range of eye disorders in adults and children, and can choose to pursue further specialisation, engage in impactful research or take on leadership roles within the eye health sector.
