The Master of Construction Law is part of the Melbourne Law Masters and is designed for construction lawyers and professionals working across building, construction, engineering and related industries. It develops specialised knowledge of construction law and how it interacts with the commercial and practical realities of construction projects. Study is designed to be flexible, with a wide choice of subjects and the option of completing a minor thesis for independent research.
