This course prepares registered nurses and midwives to practise as Maternal and Child Health (MCH) nurses in community settings, working in partnership with families from birth to school age. You’ll build advanced primary healthcare and community child and family health nursing capabilities, combining theory with professional practice. The program includes at least 300 hours of community-based placements, including specialist settings such as early parenting and childcare centres. This is a Graduate Diploma in Nursing.
