The Graduate Diploma in Asian Law provides specialised study for lawyers and other professionals engaging with Asian legal systems in commercial, legal and policy contexts, as well as for researchers focused on Asia. Students study a diverse range of subjects taught by staff with language capability and practical experience in Asian jurisdictions, and gain exposure to how laws, institutions and reforms shape cross-border interactions. The program is part of the Melbourne Law Masters and offers links to the Asian Law Centre and the Centre for Indonesian Law, Islam and Society.
