This apprenticeship-focused Certificate III trains wind turbine blade repair technicians through hands-on inspection, maintenance and repair work across sites around Australia. You’ll build practical composites trade skills including lay-up techniques, materials handling, resin systems, joining methods, and repair/modification processes for composite components. Designed as a defined pathway into renewable energy blade repair work, it is open to apprentices only in engineering. The programme focuses on applied engineering drawings, workshop skills, and technical maintenance competencies.
