Make the move into research and establish your expertise in the field through an advanced science degree. You'll undertake one Advanced Studies course each trimester, as well as a supervised, individual research project in your honours year. The programme develops laboratory techniques, scientific writing, and analytical methods for research and industry settings.

Graduates are prepared for research-focused and specialist roles across science-based industries and laboratories. Career pathways can include research assistant, laboratory scientist, environmental or field officer, data and analysis roles, and progression to higher degree research.
