关于课程
The Bachelor of Engineering (Mining Transfer Program) introduces mining engineering through studies in mine design, supervision and management of coal, mineral and metal mines and related infrastructure, with an emphasis on minimising environmental impacts. You’ll build core civil and mining engineering knowledge across the first two years at the University of Newcastle before transferring to complete the final two years at UNSW or the University of Wollongong. This is an undergraduate engineering transfer pathway in mining.
职业成果
Mining engineering careers span exploration and the development of mining operations, from discovery through design, commissioning and ongoing production. Graduates may work with large mining and resources companies in roles such as mining engineer or superintendent, underground mining engineer, project engineer, process engineer, strategic mine planning engineer, or development superintendent.
