This apprenticeship-style qualification prepares you to work as a carpenter in the building and construction industry. You’ll develop practical trade skills to construct, install, finish and repair structures and fixtures across residential, commercial and industrial settings. Training covers using tools, equipment and materials to build wall and ceiling frames, pitched and advanced roofs and eaves, and formwork for footings and slabs.
