The Master of Commercial Law is part of the Melbourne Law Masters (MLM) and provides advanced, flexible study in commercial law for legal graduates. Students can tailor their program from a wide range of subjects spanning key commercial practice areas, with an option to complete a minor thesis for independent research. The course emphasises both domestic and international perspectives on commercial law and its regulatory architecture.
