The Master of Commercial Law is part of the Melbourne Law Masters (MLM) and provides advanced, flexible study in commercial law for legal graduates. Students can tailor their program from a wide range of subjects spanning key commercial practice areas, with an option to complete a minor thesis for independent research. The course emphasises both domestic and international perspectives on commercial law and its regulatory architecture.

The course builds capability to analyse complex and evolving commercial law issues, including contemporary reform debates.
