This Science Education Major (Human Biology) within the Bachelor of Education (Secondary Education) builds strong human biology content knowledge alongside teaching methods for secondary classrooms. You’ll prepare to teach Human Biology in Years 11–12 and science across Years 7–12, while also developing a second teaching-area specialisation through a minor or broader science study. This is an undergraduate education and science teaching major. The programme develops classroom practice, curriculum knowledge, and educational psychology for teaching professions.
