This entry-level Certificate II in Tourism introduces core tourism operations and customer service skills for a range of visitor-facing workplaces. You’ll build practical knowledge to complete routine office and business-technology tasks, provide visitor information and advice on Australian destinations, and work with cultural sensitivity. The course also creates a pathway into further study in tourism, events, or business within the Certificate I–IV tourism stream.
