Students study core subjects in Indigenous business leadership, Indigenous business ecosystems and Indigenous philosophies of business, with elective options including analytics, accounting, economics, research, finance or marketing.

Graduates are prepared for leadership and management pathways within the Indigenous business sector, including roles in Indigenous-owned enterprises, community organisations, and broader public or private sector organisations working with First Nations communities. The program supports advancement for Indigenous business owners, managers and professionals by strengthening strategic leadership, ecosystem understanding and culturally informed business practice. It also provides a pathway to further study such as the Master of Indigenous Business Leadership and potential credit into selected business masters programs.
