Industry and government-led learning, plus engagement with Curtin’s Legacy Living Laboratory (L3), supports applied skills in research, analysis and stakeholder engagement in environmental science.

Develop skills to apply sustainability and planetary health concepts, use critical and analytical approaches, and find and synthesise reliable information on sustainability issues. You’ll build communication capability for diverse audiences using appropriate technologies, apply effective learning strategies, and translate international good practice to local contexts. The course also emphasises working with multicultural and Indigenous perspectives and demonstrating leadership within sustainability practice.

Graduates are prepared to support organisations responding to climate and sustainability challenges, often working alongside or as environment and sustainability consultants.
