This taxation major is studied within Curtin’s Bachelor of Laws/Bachelor of Commerce double degree. It combines core legal training with a strong commercial focus, emphasising industry-connected learning and early exposure to the culture, community and ethics of tax and legal practice. Students can accelerate progress through trimester study in later years and gain practical experience at Curtin’s city facilities, including a digital moot court and law clinic.
