You will work closely with an academic supervisor, build research methodology skills, and complete a substantial project to strengthen your analytical, problem-solving and communication abilities. Areas may include environmental, marine or forest science management, and the degree can enhance employability or provide a pathway to postgraduate study in science. The programme develops laboratory techniques, scientific writing, and analytical methods for research and industry settings.
