This degree combines the science and practice of grape growing and winemaking, building skills across viticulture, oenology and wine production systems. You’ll study on campus with learning delivered across the Waite and Adelaide City campuses, developing practical capability alongside core scientific knowledge. The program prepares you to contribute to the modern wine sector through applied, industry-relevant undergraduate study in viticulture and oenology. The programme develops laboratory techniques, scientific writing, and analytical methods for research and industry settings.
