This course develops a scientific understanding of food and nutrition and how they influence health promotion and disease prevention for individuals, communities and populations. You’ll study areas such as human physiology, biochemistry, food science and culinary nutrition, with opportunities to engage with sustainability and equitable food systems. Work placement options help build industry readiness for a Bachelor-level career in nutrition science. The programme develops clinical skills, patient care fundamentals, and health sciences knowledge for registered practice pathways.
