The Bachelor of Commerce is a three-year undergraduate degree in the ANU College of Business and Economics, designed to give you flexibility across core business disciplines. You complete foundational commerce subjects and then specialise through a major in an area such as accounting, finance, marketing or business information systems. The program emphasises critical thinking and understanding contemporary business issues in national and global contexts.

Graduates are prepared for a wide range of roles across the private, public and not-for-profit sectors. Depending on your major, career paths may include accounting and assurance, financial analysis, banking, consulting, marketing and brand roles, management and operations, business analytics, sustainability roles, and information systems positions. The degree also provides a pathway to further study, including advanced coursework or honours.

Entry is based on meeting the published admission standard for the program. The indicative selection rank is ATAR 80 (or IB 30). Applicants apply through ANU admissions pathways as relevant, and may also be eligible for adjustment factors.
