The Doctor of Philosophy (Arts & Sciences) is a thesis-based research degree for candidates with strong Honours or Masters results. Over about three years full-time (or part-time equivalent), you work closely with two academic supervisors to design and complete an original, substantial research project. The thesis may be traditional, publication-based, or a creative artefact with exegesis, contributing new knowledge in humanities, social sciences or applied sciences.
