This undergraduate minor introduces biodiversity in Western Australia, a recognised biodiversity hotspot. You’ll build knowledge of local flora and fauna and develop practical skills to survey and identify species. The minor is designed to complement a broader degree and support work linked to land clearing assessment, rehabilitation, and biodiversity conservation. It is an undergraduate Environmental Science minor at Curtin University. The programme develops laboratory techniques, scientific writing, and analytical methods for research and industry settings.
