This specialisation develops advanced nursing capability in preventing and managing acute and chronic wounds, ostomies and incontinence. You’ll build specialist knowledge in relevant pathophysiology, assessment and evidence-informed care, alongside clinical decision-making, advocacy and holistic practice. The program includes two weeks of specialty clinical practice with an interprofessional collaboration focus. It is studied part-time within the Master of Advanced Practice in Nursing.
