The Master of Public and International Law examines the growing interdependence between international and domestic legal systems, integrating constitutional, administrative and public international law. Students can select from a wide range of public law subjects, engaging with contemporary developments in legal theory and practice in Australia and internationally. The program forms part of the Melbourne Law Masters and is designed for both law and non-law graduates.
