ECU’s Master of Mental Health Online is an accelerated, fully online degree focused on improving mental health and wellbeing across workplaces and communities. It develops capability in prevention, support and intervention, alongside evidence-based and culturally responsive approaches, including Indigenous perspectives. You’ll apply learning through a work-integrated research project and build practical strategies you can use immediately in professional settings in mental health and wellbeing.

Strengthen critical thinking, creativity and digital skills to research, assess and design inclusive, culturally sensitive and ethical workplace strategies. 职业成果
Graduates can support and lead mental health and wellbeing initiatives across diverse settings, including community organisations, workplaces and government or education contexts. Typical roles include mental health support coordinator, community mental health advocate, workplace mental health consultant, mental health program manager, and policy officer/program lead. The course also supports pathways into employee wellbeing leadership such as senior HR/employee wellbeing manager and corporate wellness program director in mental health and wellbeing.
Entry requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, or equivalent prior learning including at least five years of relevant professional experience.
