This Certificate III in Individual Support prepares you to work in disability and aged care settings, supporting people to maintain independence and wellbeing. You’ll build practical skills in safe work practices, infection prevention, communication and providing physical and social support in community and residential environments. The program includes supervised placement to build real-world experience in individual support at certificate level in health care support. The programme builds patient care fundamentals, clinical assistance skills, and health workplace practice.
