关于课程
Work and Employment Relations examines how workplaces are governed and how employment relationships shape organisations and society. You’ll explore the rules, institutions and policies that influence employers and employees, drawing on perspectives from politics, law, sociology, economics and history. The major builds insight into contemporary workplace issues and how to analyse and challenge employment practices in a changing economy as part of an undergraduate business-focused study pathway.
