AUG Australia is following strict measures in accordance with the Australian Government and World Health Organisation to protect the health of the Australian public, including University students and staff and our own AUG team, from this novel corona virus infection. All exhibitors, staff and attendees are encouraged to be vaccinated before attending the Expo;

免申请费

  5. Credit transfers are subject to individual assessments by respective institutions. AUG merely assists in submitting student records for assessment outcomes;

AUG Adelaide StudyExpo 2025 Prizes

Terms and Conditions for AUG Adelaide StudyExpo 2025 Pre-Event Pamphlet:

Pre-Event Pamphlet

  1. All students who attended AUG Adelaide monthly event / sponsored event prior to AUG Adelaide StudyExpo 2025 are eligible to receive one (1) pamphlet to:
    • Claim the prizes on Expo Day ;
    • Stand a chance for the Lucky Draw on Expo Day.
  2. Only one (1) pre-event pamphlet per International Student can be redeemed at AUG Adelaide StudyExpo 2025 for one (1) gift stated on the pamphlet;
  3. International students who attend AUG Adelaide StudyExpo 2025 online mode are not eligible to receive a ticket;
  4. 售完即止。

Terms and Conditions for AUG Adelaide StudyExpo 2025 Game Station Gifts:

Game Station Gifts

  1. Students who attend AUG Adelaide StudyExpo 2025 and collect enough three (3) stamps will be eligible for playing in the Game Station;
  2. Three (3) stamps can be exchanged for one (1) chance only to play in the Game Station;
  3. Three (3) stamps can be redeemed for one (1) time of the free Astrology Birth Chart Reading;
  4. Three (3) stamps can be redeemed for one (1) time of free vision board decoration;
  5. Each student can continue to collect more stamps to play multiple times in the Game Station by talking to multiple institutions, attending the seminars on the Expo Day, rate 5-star for AUG Adelaide on Google Review, and like / follow AUG social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WeChat, Little Red Book);
  6. Student cannot talk to one institution multiple times to collect multiple stamps;
  7. The stamps cannot be redeemed for cash or other goods and services;

Terms and Conditions for AUG Adelaide StudyExpo 2025 Course Application Gifts:

Course Application Gifts

  1. All International High School Students (Year 12) who provide their SACE details and sign AUG Authorisation form are eligible for one (1) Application Gift*;
  2. Students who apply to any institutions on AUG Adelaide StudyExpo 2025 (15 August 2025) with complete nomination form OR complete documents will be eligible for one (1) Application Gift*;
  3. 此促销活动仅适用于国际学生。每位国际学生仅限一 (1) 份申请礼物；
  4. Student must apply for courses from universities / TAFEs / Colleges (not including CPA, ELICOS courses) on StudyExpo day with complete nomination form OR complete documents to be eligible for the Application Gift
  5. If students do not have complete documents on the day of the Expo, they must bring complete documents to AUG Adelaide office within the next one (1) week from the day of the Expo (i.e. 18 August 2025 – 22 August 2025) to redeem the Application Gift;

Terms and Conditions for AUG Adelaide StudyExpo 2025 Lucky Draw Prize:

  1. All students who participate in AUG Adelaide’s monthly events or sponsored events leading up to the AUG Adelaide StudyExpo 2025 will be eligible to receive one (1) pamphlet featuring a numbered Die Perf Cut. This can be torn out to provide an additional opportunity for the Lucky Draw;
  2. All students who attend the AUG Adelaide StudyExpo 2025 in person will receive one (1) pamphlet featuring a numbered Die Perf Cut at the registration table. This can be torn out to enter the Lucky Draw;
  3. Student must put in the numbered Die Perf Cut into the designated lucky draw box located at the registration table;
  4. This promotion is applicable to International Student only and is limited to one (1) lucky draw prize per one (1) International Student;

To claim the prize, the winner must visit the AUG Adelaide office to complete the necessary documentation. Please ensure to bring a valid student Visa and present your student ID;
  7. Free Student Visa (subclass 500) or Temporary Graduate Visa (subclass 485) services fee (value at A$550) subject to student circumstances. This benefit valid for 1 year from the expo day. This prize can’t be converted to cash. Transfer to another student is accepted.
  8. Free Student Visa (subclass 500) or Temporary Graduate Visa (subclass 485) services fee, only applicable for one (1) main applicant, student with dependent(s) is not included.

  2. The AUG Brisbane StudyExpo 2025 and promotions are valid for International Students ONLY. Promotions include:

    • Free 1-on-1 migration Consultation;

    • Free Prizes and Promotions during the Expo Day;
    • Fun and Exciting booths on the day include Professional headshot, resume reviews, game booths and etc.

Application Fee Waiver and Scholarships

  1. University application fees will be waived by the participating institutions for eligible students who lodge complete further studies applications during the AUG Brisbane StudyExpo 2025. (selected programs only);
  2. To be eligible, students must on the day (Friday, 8 August 2025):
    • Fill in the AUG Information form and sign the Authorisation Form;
    • 提交填妥的申请表；
    • 提供所有必需的官方文件；
    • 让 AUG 布里斯班工作人员验证其申请。

  1. AUG and seminar organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone;
  2. Strictly NO photography, sound recording, or video filming is allowed in the seminar room;

  4. Seminar contents only represent the seminar presenter’s personal opinions and DO NOT represent AUG. AUG shall not be liable for any content mistakes. This term is applicable only to guest speakers.

  1. AUG Brisbane offers a FREE 1-on-1 15-minute Migration Consultation Voucher to students who have attended the migration seminar on Expo Day and any other migration seminar leading up to Expo;

  6. The voucher is to be used after the Expo, and an appointment must be made in advance by emailing brisbane@augstudy.com to confirm your appointment time;

AUG StudyExpo A4 Pamphlet / Passport

  1. A4 Pamphlet / Passport will be distributed on the day of AUG Brisbane StudyExpo 2025 (Friday, 8 August 2025) exclusively to international students;
  2. 此优惠活动仅适用于国际学生。每位国际学生必须持有有效学生签证并出示学生证才能领取奖品；
  3. To be eligible for prize redemption, students must collect four (4) stamps and pre-register and attend Expo Day to redeem their prizes;
  4. The rules to collect the four (4) stamps is written on the A4 Pamphlet / Passport:
    • Talk with one of AUG staffs;
    • Consult with one of the institutions;
    • Participate in one of the Activity Booth;
    • Attend one of our Seminar.
  5. Students must present the A4 Pamphlet/Passport with all four (4) stamps collected when presenting it to the prize redemption table to enter Lucky Draw session on the day of AUG Brisbane StudyExpo 2025;

Paid Internship Recruitment

  1. The Paid Internship Recruitment is exclusively open to International Students. Non-international students may be considered on a case-by-case basis;
  2. AUG reserves the right to determine the eligibility of applicants on the day of the event;
  3. Students must register for and attend on Expo Day to be eligible to apply for the internship, attendance is mandatory for consideration in the recruitment process;
  4. Applicants are required to prepare a resume and a 30-second pitch to present to the recruiter on Expo Day;
  5. Participation in the recruitment process does not guarantee selection for the internship;
  6. The final decision regarding recruitment is at the sole discretion of the recruiter;
  7. Shortlisted applicants may be required to participate in follow-up interviews as part of the selection process;
  8. Further details regarding follow-up interviews will be communicated to shortlisted candidates;
  9. AUG reserves the right to modify or cancel the recruitment process at any time without prior notice.

AUG Brisbane StudyExpo 2025 Prizes

Terms and Conditions for AUG Brisbane StudyExpo 2025 AUG keychain for Applicants:

AUG keychain for Applicants

  1. The campaign is open exclusively to International Students;
  2. To qualify for AUG keychain, students must submit a complete further study application/s on Expo Day, including all relevant official documents;
  3. To be eligible, students must on the day (Friday, 8 August 2025):
    • Complete the AUG Information Form and sign the Authorization Form;
    • Submit a fully completed application form;

    • Have the application verified by AUG Brisbane staff.
  4. Students must pay for and accept an unconditional offer from one institution to be eligible to redeem AUG keychain
  5. Each student is eligible to claim AUG keychain only once;
  6. AUG keychain will be given on the day of upon receipt of the Confirmation-of-Enrolment (CoE) from the institution;

  1. Students who register and physically attend AUG Melbourne StudyExpo 2025 will be eligible to receive an event passport leaflet;
  2. The passport leaflet is to record the points students accumulate at AUG Melbourne StudyExpo 2025. Students will receive stickers with corresponding point values on their passport leaflet from:

  1. Students are eligible to receive one (1) ticket / leaflet to redeem one (1) Scratch and Win prize by attending an AUG Melbourne Expo teaser event such as:
    • Migration Seminar;

AUG Labubu Lucky Draw

  1. AUG Labubu Lucky Draw is open to any International Students who attended AUG Melbourne StudyExpo 2025 (Wednesday, 6 August 2025 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM) provided that the following conditions are met and documents verified by AUG Counsellors:
    • A completed AUG Application form received;
    • Copy of passport received;
    • Copy IMMI Grant Notification received;
    • Copy of Transcripts and Completion Certificates received;
  2. The window to enter said lucky draw will commence on Wednesday, 6 August 2025 at 1:00 PM and close on Friday, 8 August 2025 at 12:00 PM.
  3. Student who are unable to provide said documents will need to at least fill in the AUG Application Form and provide said documents between the timeframe of which the lucky draw remains valid.
  4. The winner of said lucky draw will be announced on Monday, 11 August 2025 via AUG Melbourne’s Instagram account and AUG Melbourne’s WeChat account.

Exclusive Offer for 485 Visa and PR Seminar Attendees:

  1. Eligibility for Visa Consultation Voucher: Attendees of the 485 Visa and PR Pathway Seminar at the AUG Perth StudyExpo in August 2025 are entitled to receive a FREE 15-minute Visa Consultation Voucher (MARN: 0321639);
  2. The consultation voucher is valid exclusively for enquiries regarding the following Visa subclasses: 189, 190, 485, 491, and 500;
  3. Voucher Terms and Conditions:
    • The voucher is valid for ONE-TIME use only;
    • The voucher may only be redeemed for the FIRST consultation appointment;
    • To be eligible for the consultation voucher, the following conditions must be met:
      • The attendee must have participated in the entire Migration seminar – “485 and PR Seminar” during the AUG Perth StudyExpo in August 2025;
      • The attendee must be graduating by 30 August 2026;
      • The voucher will only be distributed to attendees at the end of the seminar;
      • If an attendee leaves the seminar before it concludes, or if AUG suspects that an attendee did not attend the full seminar, AUG reserves the right to refuse to issue the voucher.
  4. Booking an Appointment: To redeem the consultation voucher, attendees must:
    • Send an email to 珀斯@augstudy.com with the following details:
      • Full name of the attendee;
      • The Visa subclass of interest (e.g., Subclass 485, Subclass 500, etc.);
      • Availability for the consultation (must be within two (2) weeks of the email date).
  5. Additional Terms:
    • This voucher is non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the attendee who participated in the seminar;
    • The consultation appointment is subject to availability.

International High School Students attend to receive Free Show Bag

  1. International High School Students must participate in the AUG Perth StudyExpo 2025;
  2. Limited to one (1) show bag per International High School Student;
  3. Must be International High School Students who are currently studying in high school;

  9. Face masks (covering the mouth and nose) are not mandatory but are at the discretion of each attendee;
  10. Do not enter the venue if you feel unwell or exhibit any symptoms of COVID-19;
  11. AUG Australia follows strict health measures in accordance with the Australian Government and the World Health Organisation to protect the public, including university students, staff, and AUG team members, from COVID-19. All exhibitors, staff, and attendees are encouraged to be vaccinated before attending the Expo;
  12. By attending AUG Sydney StudyExpo 2025, attendees agree to comply with AUG’s health measures, including but not limited to temperature checks and travel history screening at check-in;

Free Milk Tea Giveaway – Terms and Conditions

  1. This promotion is only applicable to international students. Each student is entitled to redeem one (1) regular-sized drink with one (1) topping only;
  2. The student must be physically present to redeem the milk tea from AUG Sydney staff;
  3. To redeem the milk tea, the student must pre-register for the event online and present valid identification (e.g., Student Visa, Confirmation-of-Enrolment (CoE), or International Student ID);
  4. Milk tea is available while stocks last. AUG is not responsible if supplies run out;
  5. Limited cups per each spot, first-come first-serve basis;

  1. The application fee will be waived by participating institutions for eligible students who submit complete further studies applications during the AUG Sydney StudyExpo 2025;
  2. To be eligible, students must, on the day of the event (Saturday, 9 August 2025):
    1. Speak to university representatives and obtain approval for a fee waiver code;
    2. Submit a completed application form;

  3. Students must submit all required documents to AUG within seven (7) days from the Expo Day. The final submission deadline is 16 August 2025. Late submissions will not be considered for the fee waiver;

  5. AUG staff will process applications as soon as all required documents are received. The final decision on the application and fee waiver remains with the respective institutions;

  2. The consultation voucher is valid exclusively for enquiries regarding the following Visa subclasses: 189, 190, 485, 491, and 500;
  3. Voucher Terms and Conditions:
    • The voucher is valid for ONE-TIME use only;
    • The voucher may only be redeemed for the FIRST consultation appointment;
    • To be eligible for the consultation voucher, the following conditions must be met:
      • The attendee must have participated in the entire 485 Visa and PR Pathway seminar during the AUG Sydney StudyExpo in April 2025;

  1. Students who register and physically attend AUG Sydney StudyExpo 2025 will receive an event pamphlet;
  2. The pamphlet is used to track points students accumulate at the event. Students will earn stamps to redeem prizes as follows:
    • Talk to an AUG staff member – max one (1) stamp;
    • Talk to an institution representative – repeatable, one (1) stamp per conversation (Universities’ representatives may refuse to give a stamp if the participant is not a genuine student or does not ask relevant questions about university courses, scholarships, or applications);
    • Follow AUG social media – max one (1) stamp;
    • Attend a seminar – max one (1) stamp;
    • Leave a 5-star Google Review – max one (1) stamp;
    • Submit an application – automatically qualifies for a grand prize.
  3. Students can redeem prizes based on the number of stamps collected:
    • Six (6) stamps – Eligible for a Grand Prize (AUG figurine, AUG bear, soft toys, ACAP earphones, or university wireless chargers);
    • Four (4) stamps – Eligible for a Medium Prize (university merchandise, etc.).
  4. Prizes can only be redeemed on the day of the Expo. Students must present their pamphlet at the redemption table before the event ends;

  6. AUG is not responsible for lost pamphlets. If a student loses their pamphlet, they will need to collect a new one (1) and redo all missions to earn stamps again;
  7. Points that are insufficient for redemption cannot be transferred to another person;
  8. This promotion is only applicable to international students. Each International Student must hold a valid student Visa and present a student ID to collect prizes;
