Follow & Win Campaign
“AUG 30Years Follow & Win” campaign (“the Campaign”) is organised by AUG Student Services, henceforth the “Organiser”. The Organiser may, at its sole and absolute discretion, amend these terms and conditions at any time without any prior notice to any party. Individuals who voluntarily participate in this Campaign will be referred to as “Participants”.

比赛机制

  1. The Campaign will take place on the Organiser’s Instagram Page AUG Student Services Australia
  2. For Participants to qualify for winning a prize, Participants must follow the Organiser’s Instagram Page, like the campaign post on Instagram, and tag at least three friends in the comment section. All entries must be submitted within the specified campaign period to be considered.
  3. Each Participant can only comment ONCE (1) on the specific Campaign post during the whole duration of the Campaign. Only one (1) entry is permitted per Participant.
  4. At the end of the Campaign, the Organiser will proceed to draw the winners and reach out to the winners via Instagram Direct Message.
  5. The Organiser reserves the right to reject any Participant at its sole and absolute discretion, without having to assign any reasons whatsoever.

  • Thirty (30) lucky winners will each receive one (1) AUG Animal Keychain Blind Box.

Terms

  1. Prizes are not exchangeable, transferable, or redeemable in any other form for whatever reason.
  2. Contest winners are required to collect the prize personally. Winners will claim their prizes at the AUG’s education fair or at their nearest AUG office.
  3. The winner shall be responsible for all costs in connection with the redemption and collection of their prize.
  4. The eligibility to be selected for the lucky draw will consist of qualified individuals selected by the organizer.
  5. The decision of the Organiser is final, and no enquiries, verbal or written, shall be entertained.
  6. By participating in the “AUG30Years Follow & Win” campaign, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by terms and conditions stipulated.
  7. The Organiser and its partners reserve the right to use any photographs (including those of Participants), motion pictures, recordings, or any other media records of the Campaign, for any legitimate purpose including commercial advertising and distribution to sponsors anywhere in the world without any notification and/or payment to the Participants.
  8. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who violates any terms and conditions, including failure to respond to our Instagram Direct Message within 48 hours and to complete the validity check form required for prize collection.
  9. By participating in the Campaign, the Participant agrees and provides consent to the Organiser for the use of any personal data inherently for the purpose of participation in this Campaign in line with The Privacy Act 1988 and other applicable laws, to the extent that any personal data provided shall only be processed and be used by the Organiser for lawful purpose directly related to the running of this Campaign, including but not limited to the purposes of promotional events, advertising, marketing and any administrative matters to facilitate the management and organizing of this Campaign.

Winners Announcement

  1. The Organiser will announce the thirty (30) winners via the Organiser’s Instagram Page on 16th June 2025 (Monday).
  2. The Organiser will contact the winners via Instagram Direct Message for prize collection arrangements.
