There are 2 types of funds your child would require.

1. Tuition Fees

You can make direct transfers to the university from the bank account in your home country or bring a bank draft to the country your child is studying in periodically.

2. 生活费

It is advisable to have your own account in the country that your child is studying is. If they are not mature to manage a large sum of money, you can hold the amount in your own account and transfer smaller amounts to them each time. This would minimise bank transfer charges for you as you would not have to do multiple transfers from an overseas bank.
