This microcredential develops educators’ capacity to lead and advocate for culturally responsive practice in education, with a strong focus on First Nations contexts. It explores inclusive leadership, cultural competency and cultural safety, and how to embed Indigenous perspectives and knowledges within schools and systems. You will examine approaches to sustainable, systemic change and reflective leadership to support more equitable learning environments in Education & Teaching at a microcredential level.

Graduates can strengthen leadership and advocacy for culturally responsive practice in schools and education systems, particularly in First Nations education.
