This Master of Psychology (Clinical) builds advanced clinical skills through integrated coursework, supervised clinical practice and research. You will develop capability in evidence-based assessment and intervention across the lifespan, with a strong focus on ethical practice. The program includes at least 1000 hours of field experience, including opportunities in regional, rural or remote settings, and is designed to support eligibility for psychologist registration in Australia at Master’s level in Psychology.

Graduates can pursue roles across public, private and community mental health settings, providing psychological assessment and treatment. Career pathways include clinical psychologist (with further supervised practice), psychologist, community psychologist, counselling psychologist and related specialist areas such as forensic, health, developmental or neuropsychology. On completion, graduates are eligible to apply for registration as a psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia after completing this Master’s level qualification in Psychology.
