This Master of Education (Leadership and Learning) is designed for qualified teachers and educators who want to strengthen leadership capability and drive improvement across education settings. You will develop skills to lead innovation and change through practical learning supported by research-active staff. The course includes eight units (with core leadership units plus research and elective options) and can be completed in 1 year full-time or part-time equivalent as a Master coursework qualification in education leadership.

Graduates are prepared to take on leadership and change-management roles across schools, early childhood, VET, higher education and community education organisations. The course supports capability in policy and context, evidence-based improvement, staff development and wellbeing, and leading innovation. Outcomes may include roles such as education leader, learning and teaching coordinator, curriculum or professional learning leader, or education program manager, aligned to a Master coursework qualification in education and teaching.
