This course introduces the current and potential impact of genomics and related technologies on health and medicine, and the benefits and challenges these advances create for healthcare. It uses a flexible blended model that combines self-paced online learning with face-to-face tutorials and workshops. Teaching is delivered by research and education leaders from Melbourne’s major hospitals and research institutes within the Melbourne Biomedical Precinct.
