This double degree combines accredited social work training with criminology and criminal justice studies. You’ll build professional skills for ethical, evidence-based practice with individuals, families and communities, while exploring crime, justice systems and social policy. The program includes supervised placements and interdisciplinary learning to prepare you for complex social and justice challenges. It is a Bachelor Degree / Honours Degree in social work and criminology.

Graduates can pursue roles across community services and justice-related organisations, supporting people affected by social disadvantage, offending, victimisation or system contact. Career pathways may include social worker (after meeting professional requirements), caseworker, youth justice or corrections support roles, community development, policy and program officer positions, and work with NGOs, government agencies and advocacy services. This is a Bachelor Degree / Honours Degree leading to careers in social work and criminal justice.
