This degree prepares you for a career in health and human performance through a science-led focus on prescribing, delivering and evaluating exercise to improve health, function and sporting performance. You will learn in state-of-the-art facilities from first year and gain industry experience through placements and partnerships with clinics, hospitals and professional sporting organisations. It also provides a pathway into the Master of Exercise Physiology in sports science at bachelor level.

Graduates can work across sport, fitness, health and research settings, applying exercise testing and prescription to support wellbeing and performance. Career paths include exercise scientist or sport scientist roles, strength and conditioning coaching, exercise rehabilitation and health promotion.
