JCU’s Bachelor of Advanced Science is an intensive science degree that builds strong research, analytical and communication skills through advanced study and real-world problem solving. You’ll investigate how science supports sustainable futures in the Tropics, using case studies across diverse biophysical settings. The course includes opportunities for hands-on learning via a research internship or practical placement in the sciences. The programme develops laboratory techniques, scientific writing, and analytical methods for research and industry settings.
