Develop expertise in nutrition science and dietetic practice with extensive hands-on learning. You’ll work with real clients through QUT Health Clinics and complete substantial professional placements to build clinical and community experience. The course prepares you for evidence-based nutrition care and professional practice as an undergraduate Nutrition & Dietetics honours qualification. The programme develops clinical skills, patient care fundamentals, and health sciences knowledge for registered practice pathways.

Graduates can pursue careers across clinical and community health, public health and health promotion, food and nutrition programs, and private practice. Typical pathways include accredited dietitian roles in hospitals and health services, community and preventative health, corporate wellness, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health organisations, and project or program management. Outcomes align with a Bachelor Degree / Honours Degree in Nutrition & Dietetics. Preparing graduates for nursing, allied health, and community care professional registration and graduate roles.
